SHIPPING POLICY
Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over $399 or more before tax.
Orders under $399 can select a flat rate or express shipping option at checkout.
Flat Rate Shipping | (with tracking) BC Canada – $12
Flat Rate Shipping | (with tracking) Outside BC – $22
Small Package / No Tracking – This option is only available for small items that can be sent via snail mail. Note there is no tracking provided for these orders + we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
Flat Rate International Express Shipping – $45
*For US + International orders, additional duties may apply upon arrival. Triniti is not responsible for these additional costs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Triniti will accept merchandise unopened and in original condition for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation email. All sales of full-price merchandise, are final after 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. Triniti is not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged.
Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email we have on file. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.
Triniti reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been opened and/ or used.
**PLEASE NOTE: if you partially return an order that initially received free shipping, a fee reflective of the cost of shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if the kept item is under $150.
ISSUING YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To request a return or exchange, please e-mail us within 7 days of your purchase with the reason for your return.
Once approved by Triniti, you will receive an email with return instructions – do not send back your package before receiving this email.
Please make sure the product is in brand new condition before sending it back.

Please note: All returns are to be paid by the customer. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees.
Your return may be deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange if the following occurs:
1. Your package is received at Triniti past the 7-day window since receiving your item
2. Your item(s) are defective, used, or damaged.
If a return is deemed unacceptable, it can be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
