Microblading

Microblading is a semi-permanent makeup procedure that allows for the correction and reconstruction of lost eyebrows. Using a small blade, pigment is deposited by hand into the basal layer of skin creating hair-like strokes. This procedure is ideal for anyone looking to correct, define, re-shape, fill in or fully reconstruct over-plucked brows.
For the first 15 min, we’re drawing the shape with a removable pencil. That’s the longest part and the most important step. During this time, the best-customized shape for every client is chosen.
Before the microblading begins, a topical numbing cream is applied to the area to minimize discomfort, followed by a liquid anesthetic. If you’re worried that the process is painful, Tahora assures, “some clients may feel a slight discomfort, but it’s relatively painless.”
The best part about the technique is that there is no downtime. Your new set of brows will be ready for a selfie immediately after the process. The pro, however, does recommend a follow-up one month after your appointment. “The healing process is different for everyone, and it takes between 25 and 30 days. After a month we recommend a 30-minute touch-up to most customers.”

The tattooed area on the eyelid is numbed with a topical numbing cream. Permanent eyeliner is applied with a handheld device that contains multiple tiny needles, in which the pigment is deposited into the superficial layer of the skin, known as the epidermis.
