All personal information you provide during account signup or checkout is used to process your orders or to contact you regarding a particular transaction only. An SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that your information is kept secure while being transmitted via the Internet. Triniti is the keeper of the information collected on this site and guarantees your information will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party. All gathered information is treated seriously and with full respect to your privacy. We may use your contact information to contact you about new products, features, or special promotions. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by unsubscribing via email.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and you can choose to run your transaction through PayPal. Both options are secure. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping & handling).
All prices are listed and charged in Canadian dollars. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We require 48 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a late cancellation/no show fee of $150.00.
Once services are rendered there are no refunds. Non-surgical cosmetic procedures come with no warranty (guaranteed or implied) of any certain result. Perceived lack of improvement in one’s condition does not translate into any type of refund.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on products unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.
