A highly respected Master Laser Technician, Medical Aesthetician, and Clinical Trainer, Tahora has dedicated her career to advancing skin health through innovative technologies and personalized treatment strategies. She has trained numerous physicians and industry professionals across the country on specialized medical laser systems, sharing her expertise in safe and effective treatment protocols.
Tahora specializes in advanced acne treatments, anti-aging therapies, and comprehensive skin rejuvenation, with a strong focus on designing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique skin concerns and long-term goals. Her expertise also includes venipuncture for regenerative aesthetic treatments, permanent makeup procedures, and advanced medical aesthetic technologies.

Colt was also among the first waves of Dermalogica Experts in Canada, reflecting his pioneering role in the field.
Further enhancing his credentials, Colt has trained at the International Dermal Institute, achieved a Certification in Venipuncture from BCIT, and completed a specialized class in treating skin of color. This latest achievement underscores his commitment to providing inclusive, high-quality care for all skin types. He also has a special interest in nutrition and gut health and their impact on skin conditions, integrating this holistic perspective into his practice to address the connection between overall wellness and skin health.

At Triniti Laser Clinic our staff is devoted to making you the best version of yourself. Dr. Fatemeh Totounchian is a family physician who graduated from UBC holding an MD and CCFP degree and a member of good standing with BCMA, CMA, CPSBC. In addition, she is a certified Medical Acupuncturist. She cares for more than 5,000 patients both cosmetically and medically. Helping patients reach their full potential is what led her practice to evolve to include both skin and aesthetic medicine.
Her unique interest in cosmetics along with her extensive medical knowledge and skill set is what allows her to serve as a Medical and aesthetic physician. With ten years of cosmetic medicine practice under her belt, Dr. Totounchian is well capable in her aesthetic practice. Dr. Totounchian was quick to respond to her patients' demand for cosmetic procedures as she now works with dermal fillers, neuromodulator toxins (Botox, Dysport), laser treatments, cosmetic acupuncture, and mesotherapy. She keeps up with the constant change in the field of aesthetic medicine by attending international medical conferences, as well as upgrading her skills with the emergence of new technologies.

dr. Maloney
MD, FRCS(C), DABO, has practiced as a Board-Certified Ear-Nose and Throat Surgeon in Vancouver and the lower mainland.
Dr. Maloney has an interest and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best.
As a specialist in Otolaryngology (Disorders of the Ear Nose and Throat), she is experienced with patients with facial aging concerns as well as chronic headaches.
Through this, she developed an interest and expertise in treating patients with BOTOX® for pain and other neuromodulators and dermal fillers for cosmetic concerns.
She is a member of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine, the B.C. Otolaryngology Society, is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology, and is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Surgery at the University of British Columbia.
